Chapter Ten: The Red Head and the Shrink.
The years following the Khrushchev revelations were a time of enormous change and growth for Ted. Amongst the most important relationships shaping his life were those with Claire Russell, his psychoanalyst for decades, and his love affair with Lucille Little. These stories require some care in the telling and I am still working on polishing this chapter.
Also during this period, the late nineteen fifties, Ted was working on a major opus, his play The Secret of the World. For now, let's skip to chapter eleven and the Secret of the World.
