What if life organized itself, here, for example, or anywhere else, and it made spores that had all the ingredient necessary for life - ribosomes, and DNA, and lipids membranes, let's say... spores that didn't make brontosaurus or men, but generic life, something more basic like a slime mold. If it did, and it spread these spores, then meteorite strikes might scatter them to space and they might seed the universe... | ||
