	the important thing about horsetail is you have to pick it young, when it is sprouting in May, late April.

	When it is mature, in June July, it is toxic, iech!
	it is (reputedly) a rich source or organically available silica
	(it contains "silicic acid ")
	which is reputedly good for nails, and skin.
