“Benzylbenzoate is listed in the end of the INCI list because it’s not an ingredients but an allergen coming from an organic essential oil. We don’t accept benzylbenzoate but some essential oils can naturally contain this compound and regulation in Europe oblige the manufacturer to label the allergens.”
