“Embracing ‘the pain’ is the road to the liberation/to the divine/to paradise”, he said.
“It doesn’t make sense,” I said, jaw dropped, and then it did.
It does make sense!
It’s resistance that keeps us from being,
being present
with its bliss,
and what we resist is pain,
suffering,
so the door is to cease to resist.
